Re recording mixer with a dcommand with the same problem as yours.



Hi,


Take the right hand side panel and metal side panel off, about 16-20 small screws holding the metal panel on.


Then undo the 8 top allen bolts that hold the monitor and dynamics section in and just pull these sections out taking care of the connecting cables/ unplug them. and there you will see the 3 power supplies. Logic board power supply on the left. LED power supply in the middle and the faders power supply on the right.


Inspect capacitors for bulging on the top. caps have a cross carved on the tops to aid when they expand so you can see where they lift and bulge when they fail.


If you view one of my facebook posts here you can see the power supplies and a blown cap on the logic board...
