Even if one had the original packing you would not want to re-use it.

Looks like you're going to have to have a custom crate made. What's important is protecting the console itself. Remove the legs and package them separately. Have a crate made somewhat larger than the console without legs. Encase the console in a pair of heavy-duty plastic bags.lay some bubble wrap in the crate and up the sides; place the console in the crate on a couple of foam blocks. Inject liquid self-hardening foam all around the bagged console and in between the bubble wrap. This will create a custom-fit foam tomb for your console and the bubble wrap will give a bit of shock absorption. The reason I'm NOT advocating bubble wrap only is bubble wrap can collapse and if it does in this case the foam tomb should protect your console.

Why split the legs and console? Much smaller total packaging.

Of course what will really drive how you box it up is whatever your shipping company wants. Trucking is one thing; shipping by airline is another particularly when it comes to TSA regulations.

Almost forgot: don't forget to insure your console. And don't use UPS - there's a reason they have the nickname 'Oops'.
