I don't think the problem would be on the UVI end but on Avid's end. UVI has no individual knowledge of the Falcon we get from Avid. By that I mean the Avid Falcon does not show up in one's UVI account - only one's Avid account. Hoping to get an answer on this because the sale goes through the 27th of this month.
