I am having a problem with a new install of PTLE 6.4. I am running an Opteron System and without fail every attempt to install the drivers for the 002Rack end with a bluescreen of death. The error occurs as the file DALWDM.SYS is installed.
I installed the Pro Tools LE 6.4cs9 update and still no success. Are there any suggestions as to a process to troubleshoot this. I just received my software and am requesting the latest 6.7 Could that be a promising resolution? Thank you for any feedback.
