Re: Pro Tools Ultimate Trial on a new computer not possible
The Protools trial authorizations are done via iLok license. If you already had one in your account, then you won't be able to get another one until Avid releases the previous trial authorization from your account, which they may or may not do.
You'll have to send a request to Avid Support to ask if they will authorize another trial license for you.
