You have a
Pro Tools Ultimate Perpetual Bundle (with 10/11/12) so that does not expire. It has a Release Limit (iLok License Manager >
Show Details) that matches your Pro Tools Ultimate plan that expired Mar 17, 2018 so that will authorize up through 2018.3.
You do have an expired Pro Tools HD Plan on that iLok, and that license was for the bonus plug-ins provided while a plan was active. Please deactivate that (as well as the extra Pro Tools with Upgrade and Support Plan 2015 and expired Pro Tools Plan) from your iLok to run Pro Tools Ultimate 2018.3.
