You can click the
Renew Support link to see the option to renew your Upgrade Plan. (We are in the process of improving this to make it more intuitive!) Note that you can
renew through the Avid store (
Add To Cart...) or
buy a renewal from your reseller and enter the code in your Avid account.
As far as auto-renew, that's only an option for product purchased from Avid. If you initially purchased from a reseller then you would typically go back to them and purchase the renewal (and follow the
reseller steps listed above).
