Space was authorized by the
Pro Tools Plan license which was included with the annual
Plug-In and Support Plan. That plan was phased out with the release of the
Avid Complete Plug-In Bundle. So now you can simply subscribe to that ($49) instead of renewing the Plug-In and Support Plan ($99).
Space is showing current since you have the latest version installed, but needs a dedicated
Space license, or a current
Pro Tools Plan,
Pro Tools HD Plan or
Avid Complete Plug-In Bundle license to authorize it.
Your
Pro Tools Plan license expired in Aug 2017, so you must have only renewed the
Upgrade Plan at that point.
Your
Pro Tools Perpetual Bundle (with 10/11/12) does show the correct
Release Limit date (it matches the end date in my.avid.com/products) so all looks normal.
