You'll have to search the web for the issue that ndis.sys is causing, I've never had that in LatencyMon. I also have Wi-Fi and Bluetooth Disabled in BIOS on my Audio computer.

My build is also 18363.778 installed on 12/8/2019. KB4549951 was installed on April 15, 2020.
FYI - I did submit a case and finally heard back from Avid. They said "it sounds like an issue with an old bug PT-211368". Potentially something with my HDX card. Waiting to see what their resolution is.
I'm sorta leaning that way as I don't get the weird audio when I change from HDX to Windows as playback device as opposed to HDX.
I will look more into the wifi/bluetooth but I don't believe those are options on my MBO based on checking bios and reading through the manual. I'll also look further into ndis. Thanks alot!!
