I'm having the same problem as well. I'm on PT 2018.10.
In addition, my control surfaces are generally terribly unreliable... sometimes the buttons do what they should, sometimes they do nothing... it's been this way as long as I can remember.
I tried changing power supplies, ethernet cables, firmware, reinstalling all software...
