Just updated and I'm having issues as well with track freeze. Tried freezing a track containing Vienna Ensemble Pro with multiple channels. Glitches were intermittent, including cutoff notes and at times notes that extend for a few bars. In addition, I applied track freeze to Addictive Drums and also experienced similar anomalies.
Otherwise this potentially is a great feature. Feels like beta testing. Again...
