I just wanted to add how pissed off I'm am at microsoft for this one. I felt that I had the best windows o.s. made for music and stuff like that, yet it just so happens to have a compatability issue...

I downloaded the 6.4 version somewhere else and I'm still having the same problem. My computer restarts when I try to open the program.
