Native to TDM

Was using PT/LE with the Digi002 and have just bought PT7/TDM with the HD1. Should I uninstall/remove PT/LE before installing the TDM version or it doesn't matter.

thanks.

Re: 96 versus 88.2 khz

It's a Classical/crossover project so I need to capture as much detail as possible. I've read 96 is the way to go as long as you are using top notch sample rate convertors to get to 44.1 and that the...

Actually, I've read 96 is the way to go as long as you are using top notch sample rate convertors to get to 44.1 and that the 88.2 to 44.1 'cutting-in-half' thing mathematically really isn't valid....

Fader Gain Option

I'm opening up older Projects in PT 6.7 and now have a Fader Gain Option: Update to +12db or Keep at +6db.
What exactly does this mean ?

96 versus 88.2 khz

I've read different opinions on this but still do not have a clear answer. As I will eventually be bouncing down to CD (44.1), which sampling rate will yield the best results.

Bouncing a Mix in old ProTools System

ProTools TDM version 4.1.1 / PCI Mac 7500-100 / 882/20 I/O interface.
Does anyone know if Best or Tweakhead yields the best result when bouncing down to a final stereo mix (pre-master).
