Hi there. Yes. Avid sent a replacement master module. I went through 3 modules before I got one that was stable. All is well now.

Thanks Jeff. I have a case started. It's bewildering. I'm on my second replacement for the same issue in just a few weeks. Another unit is being shipped early next week.

Our S6 runs for 30 minutes then freezes with the a Shell Error. I'm on my second replacement MM for the same problem. Support suggests reloading the software 2020.11.1.10

I zoomed out from :30 to :60 on the S6. And that's working fine. The PT display has always been working well on the workstation.

I changed the waveform zoom prefs in the S6 from :40 to :10 and set the HW buffer to 1024 samples. All was good for a 4 minute test. Retested with HW buffer set to 512 samples and the display...

I'm running all three native 4k (Default for the display). The third monitor driven by the HDMI port identifies itself as an NP-P502H. Not as a Dell P2715Q.

I have three displays running. I'm using one Dell P2415 Q 24" HD 4k display and two P2715 Q 27" Ultra HD 4k displays. The 24" and one 27" are fed via thunderbolt, and the third is fed via HDMI.
