I put it in conductor mode, manually lowered the overall tempo at the beginning of the song in the ruler bar, then used the pencil to draw in my gradual tempo...

That's it! This way I'm left with a new session folder - properly titled - in the destination of my choice. And it's just a few clicks. No fuss. All I had to modify was in the Import Session Data...
