So finally I've found it and will leave the answer for anyone looking for it in the future:
Shift + Cntrl + Click on Tracks name in the mixer view.

Just wanted to ask if there is any command on C|24 to quickly scroll to selected track (so it scrolls to 1st from the left)?

"Scroll into view" from right click track menu is ok,...

... Also Antares Mutator (http://www.antarestech.com/products/avox2.shtml#mutator) has Alienize option. It does the same, and you can change the grain length.

Reversinator (http://www.niallmoody.com/ndcplugs/reversinator.htm) does what you are looking for.
But it's VST (Mac PPC or WinXP), so FXpansion is needed.

It's not tweakable, it has just on/off...
