Never mind, just ordered a behringer u-phoria 404hd based on someones recommendation on another board. Very pleased to not give Avid any more of my money and even more pleased to only spend 100 bucks...

In the time that this question has not been answered someone has already nearly sold me on getting a behringer u-phoria model. I really don't see any reason why I shouldn't at this point... cheaper...
