I use ProTools 2021.07, Mac mini 2018 (3.2Ghz, 16GB of ram)

When I import movie file (like a full movie about 1hour and half) into ProTools, Protools doesn't start quick when recording...

Could you tell me how the cpu can handle audio tracks and plugins?
My Mac mini is pretty fast. It's very quiet. So, if I buy a new MacBook Pro it has to be way faster than my mini.
