And what OS & PT version are y using. All time with same Cat5e+? Did you switch off Wifi? Did you check at PT/Hardware/Devices/Venue the correct interface and, then, check the ENGINE?

We can discuss that. The SD12 will be more powerfull in the future, because future upgrades. About S3L, some of the knobs and switchs are not working but can do "something" in a future if Avid wants....

¿A 199$ issue? Basically the system will do the same as before (unless touchscreen and app), because there's no update for the VENUE Standalone software. Hardware is what it is (no expansion cards)...

As easy as you say at first: patch monitors as aux outputs (Aux 1 output to drums, pe).
For your own mix y can use Monitor out L or R for cue and so on. Go to options screen to set up SOLO as post...

Just to be sure... when you say "into the system" you mean at the MacBook, not at the console... isn't? I have this license (Live production...) at the same iLok where I have the PT12 license.

Did you load into your ProTools' iLok (or where you have PT running) the Live Sound Production Toolkit? If not you're limited to 32 ch.
