In my case, yes. I looked all over the internet and couldn't find another person who experienced the same issue. I'll post what AVID says here as soon as they respond to my case update.

Thanks XJENSEN for the suggestion.

I ended up restoring operation of the system with the help of John from AVID Support. He suggested rolling back the HD Driver to 2020.12, and that fixed it. ...
