thanks, the router/wifi is dedicated to only the Pro Tools system and Avid control surfaces and tablets. no easy fix for me:-(

I've bought a new router, switched out the old iPad for a newer one, set all the tablets to static IPs, changed the channel for the router. How do I get this working??? Am I really the only one...

I have the Fire HD10s currently turned off, just the iPad is on, and it's disconnecting and reconnecting. It did not do this before the major rebuild of the app

ok, so I just resorted to selecting my reel, in this case 5, and shifting the whole thing to the start of the session, then changed the timecode to 04:59:49. Never did figure it out

session is too big to screenshot, 324 tracks. Can't get the session end time less than 6 hours, even after selecting all, deleting, also deleting all automation

Thanks, still not working:-(

Current session start time is 00:00:00:00, and I want the session start time to be 04:59:49:00

At the moment, it won't let me set it to anything other than...

are router's really bad at accurately posting their throughput specs? Just not sure why there couldn't be minimum spec requirements for routers same as computers.

So I don't know how to set the surfaces to a static IP, but for the FireHDs, go to your wifi connection, tap on it. There's a little pencil in the upper right corner, tap on that. Tap on Advanced...

ok, would love some help getting my system stable as well

I don't see how to set static IP addresses on the Fire HD10s, I don't see the option in the settings.

The manual said if you're running many tablets, it may be necessary to get a quad band router. would that help?

that's exactly what happens to me. I have videos on the Facebook group showing it.

I'm not quite sure how to set static IP for the Amazon Fire HD10. I don't see that option in the Network details...

Sure wish the power switches were on the top of these surfaces, considering I'm turning them off and on throughout the day.
