Friday Dec. the 28th. Still no installers in my account. Promised by many from tech support to send my situation to their IT guys. Been 3 weeks and nothing...... Anyone else out there with the same...

I was sent a download of Falcon with a 30 day liscence. No Plugsound free library was sent though. Nothing in my account yet. Wierd , no problem with putting PT 2018.12 in my account. Ah well, looks...

Hey Jeffro thanks ! Half way there. They sent me a 30 day Falcon liscence. No free Plug Sound library in my account yet. A ticket was sent in my name and I am dealing with a Charles, thanks again.

Thanks Sardi ! If you look back a few of the posts here you will see that this has been reported to support but I have heard nothing from them. I just figured from no response that I was not...

Dec the 18th..... nothing. I do pay yearly but I guess I am not qualified for this plug in. I hear it is kinda like MachV. Will use that. Thanks anyways !

It,s Friday Dec the 14th and still no Falcon. I was told it would be 24 hours after Avid support saw my post but that was 2 days ago. Not sure what to do from here on in. The new version of ProTools...

Have not seen the Falcon yet

Hey guys, who do I contact to see if I am qualified to get Falcon, or if I am who do I contact to get it. I know they are having some trouble at this time. I pay a yearly fee for PT vanilla, thanks !
