I love this plug in and I think it's very underated. I use MV2 or surround MV360 in 75% of my tv/doc mixes. I'm not aware of another low level compressor that's as easy to us as this.

Pro Comp is now my go to for dialog. I believe I read that it's it's based on the same System 5 algorithm as the Channel Strip but with more features like Wet/Dry and multiple detection modes.

For film and tv mixing I love it, can't mix without it. I use a multimono instance and just watch the center channel. Really helps me get the dialog to the levels I need easiser than an LUFS meter....
