Re: Dangerous ST instead of C24 monitor?

+1

I use Coleman Audio TB4MKII (out of production now) but it does the trick for me. Dangerous ST would be da bomb…

Re: Helping a school with TDM PCIe Accel boards

Hi George,

Re: "A timeout occurred interacting with an audio interface"

Glad to help. I love this forum! It's been a big help to me when I have questions "not answered in the manuals".

Re: What causes this weird crackle?

Just a s-w-a-g but it looks like the active circuit needs a fresh battery. Roscoe makes kick-ass basses but they are only as good as the power supply. I've seen this in 3-band circuits when batteries...

Re: "A timeout occurred interacting with an audio interface"

Try re-seating the Digilink connectors between the computer and the interface.
If that doesn't work, a new cable might be the answer.
I get this problem after moving the computer and the cables get...

Re: CoreAudio with HDX

Glad to help 2244.
Logic should launch the CAM on its own once you get the Prefs set to not have the app auto quit. Protools always initializes hardware on launch so it gets confusing depending on...

Re: CoreAudio with HDX

Make sure the 16x16 is on.
Launch the CAM manually.
Applications>Utilities>Avid CoreAudio Manager.
You should get the CAM status box saying connected.
Change the sample rate if necessary from the...

Re: ...after one year of HDX

I'm all for positive threads.

Our HDX is rock solid and behaving well. I tend to be cautious jumping onto new releases but overall I'm pleased with HDX. Converted an HD2 Accel using Rosetta 800...

Re: Unresponsive C24, only after power off/on works

Sounds like the power supply is gradually failing. Try swapping in a new one if you can. Re-powering off/on seems to get it working. Does this fail again?

Did you try making the 192 the master clock instead of the Rosetta? Reverse the word clock cables. Be aware that the W/C in on the Rosetta is unterminated. Properly terminating a W/C connection...

Re: How To Register Pro Tools 10 Software without Yellow Registration Card.
