Can't register HDX card, Avid is at fault because of a bug in Avid system.

HDX registration issue is an Avid bug in their system.:mad:


The amount of money people pay for this so called Ultimate system with this type of service is inexcusable.

Still waiting from Avid.......Also, case has already been escalated through Avid site, GCPro has contacted Avid rep a couple of times...........and............still waiting.:mad:

Did this method and now noticed OS security blocking load....All good.



under system report PCI tab now show driver is installed by "yes" but hoovering over slot panel it still conveys...

Under the PCIe information for driver installed for slot #5 it says......"no".

Nothing pops up in the security control panel but the panel does disappear during the install.



Same Computer/OS as what you are using.

Avid HDX driver

Installed HDX into MP7.1 slot 5 with no interface connected.


Driver is installed (HD Driver 2020.12.)


Computer and Digitest not seeing HDX and and saying driver not installed.
