I had a feeling that might be the issue.. but it looks like I won't be using Xpand for anything until that issue gets fixed and it can be used with the user folder on another drive. There's no way...

Yup your issue seems almost identical to mine..

Do you by any chance have your user account folder on a different drive than the OSX drive? I keep all those files separate from the boot drive...

Sooo... I installed ProTools 11 today and GUESS WHAT! ;);)

SAME Problem, none of the AIR instruments can find their factory content. I have literally no idea what to do.

I guess I can try that. Where is the correct place to move the file to on a Mac though? There have been lots of different suggestions for what to do in this thread alone :-/

I have moved it to several different folders following other people's fix instructions in this thread and in others. None have worked. And no two fixes are the same which is even weirder.

I think that may have been the problem!! Is the hardware setup for 192 I/Os tied to session-specific I/O setup? (specifically which unit is set as loop sync master?)

I switched the loop sync BNC...

The Control 24 at the studio where I work is having an odd problem with the preamps. There is an intermittent noise/click/pops that happens every 30 seconds to every few minutes on preamp bank 9-16...

I did do the Recal button quite a bit. It was able to fix many of the faders that were not responding, but left a single fader on one of the fader packs still not responding to touch and fighting...
