the tape suite file folder has DAE Plugins ,Pace and License folders. its all that shows up when i down load it from avids site and unzip it

I have a SC48 remote system running venue V3. I cant seem to load the tape Suite onto it. I go the avid site and down load the venue installer with is 8.03 ,witch I think is the newest one. I down...

DAE -1166 error. what am I doing wrong?

I just got protools HD native. Im on a MacPro 3.1 quad with 12 gigs of ram on OSX 10.7.3. Im trying to upgrade the firmware on my native card and all i get is error -1166. I tried it when launching...

Decklink Extreme vs Intesnity Pro differences

Is there a big difference between the 2 ? I have the money to get either one but I would like a opinions on witch would be the better buy and not having to upgrade to something better in the future....

I am looking to get some feed back from people on Upgrading from a HD 2 to HD native for Post work Mainly mixing Indie film and doing ADR work. Just would like to know your experience om it.

I talked to magma about the thunderbolt. I asked if they are supporting PCI. they are not sure because Intel hasn't said anything yet about supporting PCI
