Did you not get a complimentary ticket when you upgraded and registered PT10? They should give you one.

Why don't you try what I did at first?
If License Support is not running on your machine, try a clean install of PT9, then uninstall PT only, leaving other components untouched and then install PT10...

As far as I know noone is sending any files. I haven't received anything. TheJamsh, have you emailed anyone with the mysterious. exe file?

Yes, it does seem weird... Avid recommends a clean install, but it won't work since they obviously forgot to include that little bugger in PT10 Setup file. Good to be back up and running!! Cheers.

What about all the other cases then, RTFM?

1. My iLok is working fine.
2. Drivers have installed fine.
3. Checked every USB port on my machine.
4. Disabled AV software (KIS), even turned on DEP...

Just to let you know McDSP provided me with the previous version of Revolver LE.
They admitted that the newest version had had some issues with the XP.

I mean Revolver and the Waves bundle are all over the place. Can't rely on these things, they are really unpredictable.

Yes, I run all the programs from the primary Hitachi drive. I don't use it for anything else.

Plugins are the correct versions for PT 8, I have checked that against the plugins...
