That 's the first thing I checked, it's on the 2 latest one (Aurora and HD)
The only thing I cannot do is controlling the unit with the Lynx software that is not compatible with Catalina.

I am getting this message for about a year now every time I open Protools
I hit cancelled and get to the Playback Engine window where everything is OK and HDX is showing .
I hit OK and everything...

After contacting Antares support they got back to me and offered me a nice discount on Autotune Hybrid as I already own the pro version.

Had some kind of the same issues last year before switching to a Mac Pro 2019 and Catalina. Did not think at the time that it was D-command related.

It could be a faulty thunderbolt wire or thunderbolt converter if You are using one.

I was running HDX for 2 years in the TB3 sonnet Egpx with aTb3 to Tb2 adapter with no issues on my Mc trashcan
I had it working with my Macpro 7.1 @ Tb3 yesterday with no issues

Moved the card to slot #5 inside the Mac connected to the 6 pin power (567) with a female large 6 to male small 6 pin coupled with my Sonnet cable
PT launched right away .Got sound YES

I Got the system to see the HDX card in my sonnet Xpress after moving the TB cable to the right TB input of the Mac ( Avid paper say left one but was a no go)

I'm restarting with a clean install of Catalina and PT
I moved my HDX card back in my Sonnet Xpress TB3 box plugged in the left port as Avid recommended

I have the card in slot 5 as the power connector I have only works in the 6 pin slot of the Mac
