I did find out the issue, I had a corrupt Mio File, had to delete and remake.
Must have been some gremlin bad fingers on my part. It was so weird, all working now...

I worked like this in my old edit suite, it took getting used to but it works fine ... I would have my edit on the lower display and always have my plugins etc to the top [emoji106]

ProTools Paul has been bragging about this for years and has NEVER revealed or shared this solution.... even via pvt email he remains silent and ambiguous .

Listening to Pro Tools Expert yesterday they mentioned PT 10 as Legacy Product now.... We are fading away here regardless of our cries for help. The thread should be changed to PT 12 [emoji56]

Yeah it's worth considering .... I have an immaculate late Control 24 with Argosy suite... I'd be lucky to get 2k for it ! Thanks AVID for killing my loyal investment !

Yeah I've lost faith in any sort of solution being found for my Control 24 in a PT11 space.... If somebody has worked it out they should help the community openly.
