If by direct you mean direct to a speaker, directly into a handheld recorder, directly via a microphone, then yes. It's direct. :-)

The C1. I have it set to chorus, not vibrato. I'd hoped to get some recording in tonight to illustrate, but it isn't happening. Will try again at lunch tomorrow.

I'm not sure what that buys me? What I want is the ER amp and effects minus the cab because I'm going into a real cab via the poweramp input of a real amp.

Yes, AMP1 output was at 0db. I turned it up to +6 and that made it just a tad louder, but not as loud as it should be. Still quiet bedroom volume.

I sold a Marshall JCM2000 TSL100 and an Avatar 212 cab to get mine. However, that was to afford the purchase, not because it got replaced. Still have two other real tube amps and a bunch of pedals....
