No. Similar behaviour, but not that. And disabling delay compensation stops it. It does it in completely empty sessions with no plugins, or in busy sessions with loads of plugins.

Has anyone gotten to the bottom of this? I've been reading and complaining about it for a few years now, and it's properly annoying.

It seems to be to do with editing stereo tracks in playlists....

Exactly. The markers are not delay compensated. Remove the plugins, all is fine. It's always been like this (or rather, I assume it has....why would they change it?!), it's just I'm using...
