Yes, yesterday I downloaded and installed from my Avid account. Checked and interface was connected. I also downloaded and installed Media Composer First
from Avid account, installed and it works...

After installing Protools First I open it and a windows pops up saying: AAE Error-9178, then closes. So it never completes opening. I have reinstalled, no go. what to do? On a windows 10 3.0 ghz...
