That's what I would expect to see, yes. But I don't.

I have a perpetual license, with a current support plan expiring July 3.

Only options I see are for subscription. No choice for renewal.

Hi- Need to renew my perpetual PT license (Education Pricing, for my job as a lecturer).

In my account, there is no option to renew the license, only several subscription options.

The latest update:

System ID issues seem to be resolved.

The initial case that uncovered the System ID issue is not resolved. We're now 10 days since I submitted the ticket. No email responses...

In the meantime though, filed a support ticket via web on 4/17.

Still no response as of yet.

if there are required periodic payments, it's reasonable to expect a stable software that functions on the latest version of Windows and the last couple iterations of Mac OS.

Izotope developed the Xform algorithm and licensed it to Avid.

the listed DLL relates to Xform. it's an Avid issue, not an Izotope issue.

there's no separate Izotope install of anything here.

i never got a notification email but my Mercury bundle does show a license for Element 2.0.

i downloaded, installed, and the plugin ID is the same, so my old sessions open...

I have an old Waves Mercury license. Version 9.2.9.

hasn't been WUP'd in several years.

so I have a license for Element 1.0 (the black one) but i believe not for Element 2.0 (the newer silver...

currently PT 12.5 HD Native here.

12.5.0 was released a day or two before our support plans expired.

with no time to test it out, we weren't going to spend $900 (2 HD, 1 vanilla) on faith...
