not really, a mix done on my HDX system loses all sidechain delay compensation when I change the playback engine to an MBox for example... same software, same computer, different I/O / dsp

In Germany, the Silenx fans are not available,
the Noctua NF-A8 or NF-R8 only offer 31 cfm which is a bit low.
Arctic F8 is similar...

ok, I found the culprit of the spinning beachballs:
AVID Link reinstalled after the update..
once I removed it everything went back to smooth sailing!!

Well, let's take a practical example:
You fold out your mix to an analog summing mixer and return it on a stereo aux, let's call it "master aux" with a compressor and stereo spreader as plugin...

running HDX, HD Native and Native on three separate systems here. If this is just for recording with Autotune or Reverb do not get HDX. HDX cards have a noisy fan and the computer running the HDX...
