Aaron, I decided against a reinstallation of protools early on...mostly cos i hate doing that. if it wasn't replacing the personality in the digi folder that did the trick than i'm gonna have to call...

that is true, however if it was not replacing the personality that fixed the issue then what?

the only other thing I can think of is that axiom pro's hyperontrol wasn't digging my session template...

I also work in games and whenever I post a 5.1 NIS in pro tools I have to then import the 5.1 stems into sound...
