I have had the same issue with my 003 rack. I'm running PT LE 8.0.4 on Windows 7. Hope you get it fixed. I started a thread about my issue and still no response.

The Mic inputs 2-4 don't work either. The DI (or line) inputs 1-8 don't work either. On the rack I can tell I am getting signal because the peak indicator light comes on but still no signal in pro...

Same problem

I am having the same issue with Pro Tools 8.0.3. Just installed it on my PC with no errors during installation. Connected my 003 Rack via firewire 400. Keep getting DAE error -1115 and then PT closes.
