Exact same issue. PT Ultimate just auto renewed but digilink io expired. What the Heck, AVID???

Sounds like maybe your sync clock source settings don't match between the 11R and your Protools session. (Internal or SPDIF, AES, etc.)

Open the QT video in QTPlayer 7 (Must be version 7.x, not the latest)
