Re: MBox 2 Pro with the latest iMac

Not sure if this applies to your situation, however, I believe you need to have at a minimum 7.1.1 PT to run with the iMacs. Make sure you are at least there.

I am...

Re: New and need some help - If not, I start drink

Hi Dave,

When you say you created a track...

Make sure the track you created is an "instrument" type track not audio.

Let us know if this was you issue.

Thanks,
Rick

Re: 11 days to go lets speculate

I don't know about all the hype and feeling of being let down, I find it odd to get all balled up about a show. Digidesign released 7.3, moved to a stable release of the intel mac stuff 7.1, will...

USB2 is a little misleading in the performance specs it provides, so I would be leary of attempting to us it as a long term solution.

Stem Mixing on LE?

Anyone tried stem mixing on an LE box versus traditional bounce to stereo? I have been reading about it in one of the trade mags and it seems like an interesting approach. I'd be curious...

VST to RTAS on Intel

I have seen mentioned here a VST to RTAS wrapper (FXexpansion?) for using VST plug-ins in PT. I am currently running PT 7.1.1 on an Intel Mac. (iMac 2.0 Ghz D2C)

My questions are:

Hi DonL,

I went and looked up DrumCore since I never heard of it. It looks really great. Care to give your opinion on it?
