Yea i have my Motif hooked to PT correctly, In PT in File= "Bounce to Disk" isnt avaliable, when i record MIDI, so then how would i bounce to disk?

Compressing a Pro Tools file to a Audio file (Mp3)

I was just wondering how i can compress a song i made with pro tools to 1 file that i can listen to on a cd or and audio device.?
