I've bumped it up the support team. While waiting for their response, please try deactivating your license completely using your iLok License Manager and re-activate and see if the same issue occurs....

Sorry about that. this should be all set now. If same issue occurs and If activated on the iLok Cloud, close your cloud session inside the iLok License Manager, then re-activate.

Your license should be all set now. If same error appears, please close your cloud session on your iLok License manager and reactivate. Also make sure your licenses are on your dongle if you're using...

Hi, if your license is activated on the ilok cloud, please open your iLok License Manager, then Close your iLok Cloud Session, re reactivate. This should fix your on your iLok.

Sorry about that. Digital River is currently under maintenance, but refund and cancellation should be processed by tomorrow. After processing, fund should reflect to your account with in 7 to 10...
