Me personally would recommend you the original silver Apogee Quartet as its got everything you are looking for...

Yeah, they aren't cheap but they have been the best interfaces for Win systems for decades and they still are the best as for drivers...

As for the computer itself you can buy both. These are 2012 i7 Quad MacBooks Pro with 16GB Ram. If these MacBooks are in good condition they should be Pro Tools-ready indeed...

First of all...if you want to get a new iMac like the one from your link you will not be able to use Pro Tools 11 anymore. New Macs all come with the latest versions of macOS only

Well, yeah, you know, you can get usable results out of the Real Verb Pro for sure.
However I would highly recommend you to just demo several reverbs of their range.
Maybe you find one that suits...

Unfortunately Pro Tools M-Powered 8 is not supported on OSX 10.8.5 anymore.
The last version of OSX it was supported with was Snow Leopard 10.6.8. and there is no way to get it to work on your...
