Yes, that's what occurred with the v1.03 update. But, the v1.02 .dmg file contains a generic installer....but nothing gets installed. With the v1.03 update, the dmg actually contained a Firmware...

Yeah. I downloaded that and it doesn't do anything. The .dmg contains an installer, but I have no idea where the installer puts the file. haha

Cable (1 USB, 1 guitar patch cable, brand new headphones) are all fine. It's not a bad cable distortion. Its a digital distortion...not the clipping kind either. More of a low sample-rate distortion.

The output volume control on the Mac is greyed-out, as it should be, since I'm using the 11R as the Mac's audio output device.

Its okay, guys. I downloaded so many "free" plugins that it more than compensated for the costly upgrade to Pro Tools 10. Yin and Yang. The universe is at balance once again.

Yes, they are an Avid Authorized Dealer.
No, they couldn't unregister the product or do anything about it.
They gave me a $100 gift certificate. I felt like telling them to shove it.
