Working perfect for me! I installed the update when it came out, repaired disk permissions, reset my PT9 preferences and it works perfect for me! Now problems here

I know this might not help but here it goes. I have an iMac and pro tools 9 and the Tascam US-1800 works FLAWLESSLY AND PERFECTLY for me!! All you need is the correct drivers(for Windows obviously)...
