Does your computer have USB3 connectors (blue plugs)?

Mine has and I had to go to the BIOS and change them to USB2 mode in order to run with the 18i8 (2nd gen.).

Strange. Three days ago, PT12.5 was in my account. Now it's not.

Additionally, my Annual Upgrade Plan now suddenly says:

Time Period: Nov 07, 2014 - to - Nov 06, 2015

Start date is OK, but...
