When I first bought Pro Tools 9 in 2011, it was a student purchase, which also gave four years of free updates, hence PT 11, 12 etc. Maybe I/O is included? I don't know. I have never...

I try to use either the full bundle or just 11 for the surrender/upgrade. I get the same error message in either case.

With regards to the actual software on my laptop, I've downloaded PT 11.3.2...

Do you mean the serial number of the old license or do you mean the iLok dongle/key might be broken? If you mean the physical iLok, it's working fine with my other licences. Anyhow,...
