Have you tried to switch on "Optimize for streaming content" in the PT playback engine setup? This should fix it.

you have to copy the Xpand folder (containing the .dat file) onto your harddisk (content is usually located inside the Digidesign folder) and then run the "set content location" tool.

Please don't delete the AIR folder !!!
It contains important data for Structure and Transfuser, like rex file import and tool tips...
You will have to re-install the plugin in order to restore...
