Okay, then it seems like the waveform and clip gain info are "in sync", but the transition/update could be smoother. I estimate that the max amount of lag I've seen is about 200 ms when I scroll fast.

Does the waveform follow the clip gain in the lower left corner nicely? Which OS are you on now? Here, the waveform seems to follow the clip gain info pretty well, but the info can also be a bit...
