In trying to link my iLok account to my avid account, I am redirected to a validate account page. Once completed I am shown this message

"An unexpected error has occurred with you User account....

Every time I try to open Pro Tools this error message appears, I have emailed iLok support and they said my licenses are on my account, as they are they when I open iLok license manager too.
