I keep the plug-in or hardware unit set to 100 percent and keep the aux for it at unity. I use the send faders themselves to adjust the percentage of the effect.

Just copied a 4 GB TDM session from a SCSI drive to a FireWire drive in order to free up the SCSI for a new session. The transfer took place over Apple Talk... the SCSI was connected to the TDM...
